What started as a love for soulful cooking has grown into a passion for creating meals that feel like home. Inspired by Sunday and Sabbath dinners, where families gather, laugh, and share moments around the table, every dish is made with care, intention, and love.

At CreoleMamaLa, our focus isn’t on overly fancy presentation it’s on creating food that feels real, comforting, and full of soul. The kind of food that reminds you of sitting down at your grandmother’s table, where everything is made with love and meant to be shared.

We believe in down-home cooking that brings people together, where the flavors are rich, the portions are generous, and the experience feels warm, familiar, and genuine.
Cooking is my peace, and each meal begins with gratitude. From the first ingredient to the final presentation, everything is prepared with a spirit of warmth and purpose—because food should not only nourish the body, but also bring comfort to the soul.

A Personal Touch

Two of my most special dishes are deeply rooted in family. My baked spaghetti is inspired by my father, who used to make it just for me, and my cornbread dressing is still lovingly prepared by my mother today. These dishes carry memories, tradition, and love and that same care is poured into every meal I create through CreoleMamaLa.That same love and care is poured into every meal I prepare today. CreoleMamaLa is built on those memories family, tradition, and food that brings people closer together.

CreoleMamaLa is truly a family business, built on love, support, and shared gifts. While I may do most of the cooking, I am never alone in this journey. My brothers and nephews step in when needed, bringing the same love and care to smoked meats and select dishes. My sisters are always ready to help with desserts, setup, cleanup, and working alongside me at events and pop-ups.

And at the heart of it all is my motherguiding us with her wisdom, recipes, and unwavering love. She continues to pour into us, reminding us of the gifts God has given us and the importance of using them with purpose.
